Supermarket Income REIT is an London Stock Exchange listed company investing in supermarket property. It is on an acquisition spree after a recent equity raise and has already announced £150m of transactions out of an Edison Group forecast of up to £600m by FY24. Edison’s forward dividend yield of 4.9% represents a slight premium to the peer group.
