It operates across 15 countries, has customers in more than 70 countries and generates more than 64% of revenues internationally with products and services that enables its customers to better understand and verify their customers and employees and are used across a range of fraud, risk management, compliance and customer on-boarding services. It has announced its largest acquisition to date, acquiring Acuant, a leading player in the US identity verification market at an enterprise value of £547m. The deal strengthens GBG’s position in the US, broadens its product offering and accelerates its technology roadmap.
