JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Merger

The board of JPMORGAN GLOBAL GROWTH & INCOME PLC (JGGI) has announced that it has signed heads of terms with the board of The Scottish Investment Trust PLC (SCIN) in respect of a proposed combination. Following the transaction, JGGI’s assets would total at least £1.2bn and expected to double in size with reduced costs.
